As a result of continued growth, a need has arisen for an experienced Claims Handler to manage a variety of losses within the group’s commercial portfolio. You will be working within an experienced and proactive team within the Leeds Head Office, providing a first-class service to a wide range of clientele spanning many industry sectors.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for claims handling, and who has their customers’ best interests at heart, at all times. You’ll be proactive, inquisitive, and you’ll challenge insurers’ decisions, when needed, in order to achieve the right outcome for your valued clients. This is far from a post-box-style claims role and as such, we are looking for someone who is willing to challenge the status quo and go “above and beyond”. You’ll be working alongside Account Executives and Directors who will really value your input, which will give you exposure to some client meetings and ad hoc projects.

Because of the existing skill-sets within the claims team, we are ideally seeking someone who has experience of dealing with Property Claims. However, we will consider exceptional and ambitious Claims Handlers from other insurance product backgrounds who have a real thirst for learning. Our client welcomes applications from candidates from a broker, insurer, loss adjuster or TPA background.
