We are delighted to be working with this very well-respected, boutique commercial insurance brokerage, which has a great opening for a Commercial Account Handler / Account Executive in Herefordshire.

This role can be tweaked to suit your experience and ambitions. For example, the company welcomes applications from either Commercial Account Handlers or Commercial Account Executives. Equally, it also welcomes applications from those looking for a hybrid Account Handler / Account Executive role. Regardless of whatever capacity you join in, one of the main selling points of this opportunity is that, being a boutique firm, you will enjoy a heightened level of client contact that you will experience in many of the more ‘corporate’ firms.

You’ll be working in conjunction with a highly experienced team, who are keen to share their knowledge and experience with you. You’ll be managing a portfolio of commercial clients, conducting the full broking / rebroking service, which will include handling renewals, processing MTA’s, providing quotations, and dealing with general day client enquiries. There are NO SALES TARGETS in this company – all its new business comes via referrals and recommendations.

It is essential that you have previous experience within commercial insurance, together with a conscientious approach and strong attention to detail. You’ll also be approachable, down to earth, adaptable, and you’ll enjoy working within a small but focussed team.
