You will join in an administrative capacity, providing support to existing Mortgage Advisers. Duties will include, but certainly not be limited to, submitting applications on lenders’ websites, chasing outstanding documentation from various stakeholders, and keeping clients updated throughout the mortgage process.
Being a smaller, boutique business, you will receive very ‘hands on’ and personalised training from some of the most experienced mortgage specialists in the region, who will be highly committed to your professional development from day one.
We are looking for someone with very good administrative and customer service skills, who takes genuine pride in producing high quality work. We do not require previous experience within the Mortgage industry as full training will be provided. Importantly, you’ll have the ability to produce accurate documentation within tight timescales, and get on well with a wide range of customers. To fit in with the rest of the team, you’ll be highly personable, and a good team player.
Unlike with many firms in the Mortgage industry, you will enjoy working normal office hours, Monday to Friday (9am til 5.30pm).
You will be rewarded with a starting salary of up to £20K (Depending on experience).
