Despite market challenges facing this specialist sector, the Management Liability Division of this global broker is going from strength to strength, as well as enjoying an exciting period of development. As part of this change, a key role has been created for a D&O specialist to act as a referral point to Corporate Account Executives, who are not Directors & Officers specialists. These Corporate Account Executives often provide D&O cover to their clients using an electronic Quote & Buy facility, however, it is the non-standard and more complex cases that fall outside of this portal’s parameters where you will be providing technical advice and guidance, as well as sourcing appropriate cover from the open market.
Utilising your technical D&O experience, you will work closely with a number of offices throughout the UK, playing an integral role in securing clients’ corporate insurance programmes. Working for the most successful Management Liabilities Team in the industry, you’ll be exposed to some fascinating risks spanning a wide range of industry sectors. You’ll be working in conjunction with an incredibly talented and driven management team and you’ll have access to an unrivalled training programme.
As expected, not only will you have a successful track record within D&O / Management Liabilities insurance, you’ll have well-honed stakeholder management skills, the ability to explain complex information in simple terms, and the initiative to solve technical broking problems, often within tight deadlines.
Our client will consider talented D&O Brokers, Underwriters or Claims specialists, who have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, together with a genuine passion for being in a market / insurer-facing role.

Conversely, they will also consider D&O “veterans” who are perhaps looking for more of a work / life balance - perhaps even on a part-time basis. You will be rewarded with an attractive basic salary of up to £40K plus one the industry’s best benefits packages including generous holiday entitlement and substantial pension contributions.
