An exciting new opportunity has arisen with the Specialist Claims Management division to handle a live claims portfolio in a Lead, decision-making capacity on behalf of a loyal clientele of 12 Lloyd’s managing agencies. Working within pre-agreed service level agreements, you’ll handle a varied caseload of both straightforward and complex claims within your own personal claims handling authority.
We are keen to speak to Financial Institutions/ Professional Indemnity claims specialists with proven decision-making claims experience in either field. We anticipate that this experience will have been gained from within an insurer, syndicate, MGA or TPA, but it is essential that you will be able to demonstrate proven experience in quantum, coverage, liability negotiations, and the provision of accurate claims reporting.
Additionally, demonstrable London Market claims experience will be preferable, and being conversant with both CLASS and ECF will be most advantageous to hit the ground running in these roles. You’ll be handling claims from both the UK and overseas, so any experience of international claims work will be most advantageous.
