One of Yorkshire’s most highly regarded commercial insurance brokers is looking to appoint a talented Commercial Account Handler.
This is a truly rare opportunity to join one of the most reputable general insurance brokers in the region. Our client has a national presence, servicing the commercial insurance requirements of some of the most well known, prestigious organisations throughout the UK.
As a result of continued growth, a need has arisen for an experienced Commercial Account Handler to look after the needs of a prestigious portfolio of clients, across a wide range of cross-class commercial insurances. Clients typically pay premiums in excess of £10K (and many six figure GWP’s) therefore experience of dealing with accounts at this level is required.
It is essential that you can demonstrate strong cross-class commercial broking experience, together with a professional attitude and excellent client relationship management skills. Knowledge of the full broking and re-broking process is required, as you will be involved with the broking of some new business as well as serving existing clients. Although this role is predominantly internally based, you must feel comfortable accompanying Commercial Account Executives on occasional client visits.
