The owner of this firm is an extremely gifted insurance professional who comes from a well-known insurance family. Having been trading really successfully for the last few years in the South London area, the firm is already taking on many of the corporate giants as a result of its expertise, flexibility, and unrivalled service levels.
Specialising in the Construction arena, this firm caters for a wide range of mid-corporate clients, predominantly in the South East region, but also throughout other areas of the UK. With a well-established team and very healthy levels of income, the company is now in a position whereby it needs an additional Account Handler to service the requirements of existing customers.
You must have some commercial insurance broking experience, however, it is not essential that you have specialist Construction knowledge as our client will provide full training. In fact, they have very successfully trained various high-performers in Construction insurance, who had no previous experience within this niche. For our client, it is more about “attitude and enthusiasm”, as they can train the technical skills. Fundamentally though, you’ll be well-organised, with strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to carve out a career as true Construction insurance specialist. Ideally, you will have experience of using the Acturis broking platform.
