In this position, you will be tasked with handling a ranging portfolio of commercial accounts, with cases generating in excess of £5K. You will exceed clients’ expectations throughout the whole process, from new business inception through to renewal. The company receives many incoming new business enquires from a variety of sources and you will be tasked with finding adequate cover for these. You will collect all relevant risk data and process a quotation through an SSP insurance platform to obtain terms, as well as using insurers’ own online quote systems, where appropriate.
It is essential that you have experience of commercial insurance, either from an insurer or broking environment. Also, you must have the ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly, in order to ‘hit the ground running’. Although the team is hardworking and focused, there is an air of fun and light-heartedness in the office, and therefore you must be comfortable working in this kind of environment.
