Upon joining the company, you will work closely with Account Executives and Directors to manage a varied portfolio of corporate clients. Your account can be tweaked to reflect your previous experience and aspirations, and you will receive first-class training and support with any areas you have not previously had exposure to. Typically, this division handles clients that typically generate fee income of between £25K - £300K and this spans a wide range of industry sectors.
The fundamental covers that you will be arranging will be Property, Casualty and Motor biased, but you will also have exposure to a wide range of other classes, working closely with internal product experts throughout this global organisation. As an example, this role can give you exposure to fascinating covers spanning IP, Cyber, W&I and Credit. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, negotiating renewals, processing endorsements, handling day to day client enquiries, and continuing to build strong relationships with existing clients.
It is essential that you have previous experience as an Account Handler, however, this need not necessarily be from a corporate insurance background. There are many of examples of talented Account Handlers who have joined from a commercial insurance broking background, who are now handling very large risks and doing extremely well in the business.

Having said that, you will be welcome in the office as much as you like!
