Our client, a forward-thinking and dynamic IFA business that has gained a great reputation for providing holistic financial advice, is looking to recruit a Mortgage and Protection Administrator to join its expanding business based in the heart of Hove.

As a Mortgage and Protection Administrator you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient support to its Mortgage Advisers. You will be contacting clients and setting up meetings, assisting clients to make informed decisions and reviewing and responding to clients’ changing needs and financial circumstances. Other day to day duties will involve researching information, liaising with financial services providers and proactively progressing individual cases from mortgage application through to completion. You will also be involved in standard admin duties including answering the telephone, greeting visitors and dealing with post.
Our client is ideally looking for someone with previous Mortgage administration experience, although it may look at someone with admin experience within a similar sector. You’ll also be hard-working with a ‘shining’ personality to thrive within this business. You must have a confident telephone manner, be organised and able to meet deadlines.
