As a result of the continued acquisition of quality accounts, the need has arisen to appoint an additional Account Handler to join the team. Now boasting a diverse portfolio of client across a broad spectrum of industry sectors, the client allocation (sector and complexity), as well as the finer points of the role, can be somewhat tweaked to suit your skills, experience and ambitions.

You will be responsible for providing a high level of client service to your portfolio; rather than simply checking in pre-renewal, you will maintain close contact with your clients throughout the year to build a high level of rapport and develop a great understanding of their businesses and the risks they face. This will allow you to work in conjunction with Account Executives and Directors and help design a suitable insurance programme. You will also administer any mid-term amendments and negotiate with insurers to secure your clients the most comprehensive cover at competitive premiums.

As there’s scope to be flexible about some of the duties, we welcome applications from candidates at all stages of their insurance career, from relatively junior Handlers through to more experienced candidates.
