You’ll play an integral part in the mission to slay bad customer experience. Working collaboratively with various teams, you will help to shout about the award-winning service that this company delivers to its impressive client base across the UK.

You will learn a wide range of skills that will allow you to become a well-rounded Marketing specialist. With full support and training, you’ll be involved in fascinating projects such as reviewing key sales data and producing visually stunning performance reports, monitoring and updating team champion dashboards, and planning and creating eye-catching content across a multitude of channels - including all of the usual socials, email, and informative blogs. You’ll also be involved with conducting market research and competitor analysis to remain eagle-eyed on trends, and assist with any other marketing/ administrative tasks to help the team thrive. In essence, we’re looking for someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.

Fundamentally, you’ll have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in Marketing, together with a natural flair for creativity. You’ll be competent with using social media, and you’ll have a great problem-solving mind and high levels of integrity. You’ll also have a very high 'attention to detail’ level, a positive outlook, and a desire to learn and take on new challenges. Just as importantly, you’ll have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with a mix of audiences.
