As Mortgage Case Manager, you will enjoy a very varied role where no day is the same and you will continually learn new things. In this vital, technical position supporting Mortgage Advisers, you will benefit from a varied mix of admin and customer service duties, including but certainly not limited to, submitting applications to lenders, checking and validating documents, liaising with both clients and lenders over the telephone, solving complex problems, and dealing with day-to-day client enquiries.

In addition to the generous basic salary, there is also the opportunity to earn substantial bonus for gaining regular customer reviews, as well as solicitor referrals, which results in genuine on target earnings of £33K. Beyond that, there is the chance to train to become a Mortgage Adviser, where full support with the CeMAP qualification will be provided. In fact, this position has arisen because a number of Case Managers have been promoted into Mortgage Adviser positions. It’s worth noting that top Mortgage Advisers in this business can earn £100K+ and are some of the highest billing Advisers in the country.
