Refreshingly, you do not necessarily have to have previous experience within Real Estate business as our client offers a very comprehensive training and development programme, which will include working alongside some of the UK’s most gifted and experienced professionals in this niche. However, you must have some previous experience within commercial insurance; ideally within broking, but we will also consider applications from relationship-driven Commercial Underwriters. Knowledge of Property or Commercial Combined insurance is certainly a requirement. Just as importantly, you’ll have well-honed communication skills, together with the ability to work well with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
