A well-established and highly reputable IFA firm has an opportunity for a Financial Services Administrator / Paraplanner to join its team based in Waltham Cross.

Supporting a number of Financial Advisers, including the Managing Director, you’ll complete non-client facing tasks involved in preparing and administrating any recommendations being made to a client. This will include, but not be limited to, the completion of replacement forms, and the preparation of illustrations and provider/ product research. You’ll also be responsible for daily data inputting, recording, monitoring and updating of the back-office software.

Our client is flexible on experience and will consider candidates who are fairly new to financial services, through to experienced Financial Services Administrators / Paraplanners. You might have previous IFA experience, or you may perhaps have previously worked for a bank, investment house or insurance company?

Crucially, you’ll have the ability to prioritise workflow and work well within time restraints. You’ll also have an excellent telephone manner and clear written communication skills. Strong numeracy skills and excellent attention to detail are also essential requirements.
