Established over 20 years ago, this successful brokerage deals with both commercial and personal lines insurance and has a loyal client bank spread across the UK. Exceptionally well-known, and seen as the ‘go-to’ broker in the local market, the company’s aim is to provide an excellent service and level of cover, which is reflected in its exceptionally high customer retention and satisfaction rate.
You will be given the responsibility for developing new business across a range of industry sectors such as Manufacturing, Motor Trade, and Property Owners, quoting on a range of covers including Liability, Property and Professional Indemnity, amongst others. Although the business has a healthy prospect database and obtains an impressive number of client referrals, you will also be expected to utilise your own extensive industry contacts, in order to secure new business. You will also be required to arrange and attend client visits, in order to secure client buy-in and maintain existing relationships.
As full training will be provided, this role would particularly suit someone who is currently a ‘Desk-Top’ Account Executive, and would like to become client-facing. However applications from established Development Executives seeking a new challenge are also welcome.
