With a significant war chest to fund such an investment, this firm is also seeking to commence dialogue with MD’s who are considering their succession planning opportunities and realise the value in their business, alongside Account Executives or Appointed Representatives with legitimately transferable portfolios. In these latter examples, rest assured that extremely generous multiples and earn-out terms are on offer.
It is essential that you share this broker’s confidence, entrepreneurial mind-set and ‘can do’ attitude’. You must also be commercially astute, with a strong presence in your field and unrivalled knowledge of your chosen market.
