A well-respected and fast-paced multi-site insurance brokerage based in Leicester is looking to add a dynamic Corporate Account Director to its expanding team.

Joining a highly qualified and experienced team of Account Executives, you will be working closely with the Senior Management Team to achieve and deliver the company’s strategic objectives. An account will be allocated to you based upon your sector knowledge/ specialism(s) as a foundation for your portfolio, with the expectation that you will develop new business through your network of contacts. You will not be expected to breach any restrictions imposed by your previous employer, and you will benefit from a Telesales Executive who will target prospects with a turnover between £5m - £250m. You’ll also be supported by a team of experienced Senior Account Handlers, who will assist you by identifying growth opportunities with existing clients, as well as working closely with you to secure new business.
It is essential that you have vast experience in dealing with an account with minimum premiums levels of £25K. Insurance professionals within Real Estate and/ or Construction would be preferred, although this specific sector knowledge is not critical. In line with its reputation, and to maintain credibility in the market, our client would prefer that you possess insurance qualifications (ACII or above), although high calibre candidates who are making progress with these, will be considered.
