One of the best known insurance brokerages in the UK is looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join its team in Manchester.
This hugely successful business offers independent advice across a wide range of insurance and financial services products to both personal and commercial clients, and employs some of the most talented staff in the industry.
Due to the departure of a long-standing Account Executive, you will inherit a portfolio generating circa £200K income, with clients from a range of industry sectors, such as Manufacturing, Distribution, and Wholesalers. Working alongside the existing Account Executive for the first few months to ensure a smooth transition for your clients, you will service the existing portfolio, develop strong relationships with your clientele and maintain a good retention rate. Although your main role will be to service the book of business, you may also be required to grow the account by developing new business, taking advantage of our client’s extensive company database, as and when you see fit.
It is essential that you are an experienced Account Executive, with a strong track record of arranging insurance programmes on behalf of businesses from a wide range of industry sectors, and that you are comfortable in dealing with clients from all walks of life. You must also be an effective team player, who will demonstrate a flexible, solutions-focused approach and share this broker’s client-centric ethos.
