Backed by a hugely successful entrepreneur, and boasting an impressive Board of high profile insurance professionals, this is a very exciting organisation to be part of.
The company is currently offering a specialist Motor product which is performing incredibly well, and the business now has exciting plans on the horizon to offer a full suite of personal lines products.
Tasks will include, but not be limited to, leading and developing an effective Pricing team, overseeing the ongoing profitability of current products, competitor analysis in order develop attractive new propositions, and liaising and negotiating with insurer partners. My client is open to talented candidates from any general insurance product background, as long as they have the desire to be involved with a varied product suite in due course.
It is essential that you have experience with Real Time Pricing (RTP), together with an entrepreneurial flair and proven managerial skills. Just as importantly, you will have high level analysis skills, ideally backed up with a Maths/ Statistical Degree (or equivalent). You will also have first-class communication skills, together with the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Whilst this is a well-known and high profile organisation, it is not a ‘corporate’, and therefore you will enjoy a great deal of autonomy where you can implement fresh ideas without unnecessary bureaucracy.
