My client is a large, successful Insurance Broking group that is currently looking to recruit for a Commercial Broker in its Bristol branch. It is looking to receive applications from candidates that are highly ambitious and motivated, and are particularly keen to see applicants from a sales, banking or retail management background.
As a Broker, your role will be to obtain the best quote you can for your customer from a select panel of insurers, and to then arrange insurance cover as agreed with the commercial client. This will involve negotiation with both insurers and customers, so you will need to be a strong negotiator and a confident communicator.

Pure and simple, you need to be driven, ambitious, tenacious, ready to prove yourself, and to be the best at what you do. In return you will receive a salary ranging from £20K - £30K with excellent promotion and career prospects, including support with professional qualifications.
Please note you will be required to work one in two Saturdays 9-12 on a rota basis.
