Award-winning law firm is looking to appoint a Liability Claims Handler as part of its impressive growth plans.

You will work alongside highly experienced litigators that handle insurance claims on behalf of a large number of insurers and insurance-related organisations. You will be working in a busy Claims Department to defend Liability claims, with a bias towards Personal Injury cases. You will negotiate quantum and liability, while pursing recovery of losses, where appropriate. In addition, you will handle the claims from intimation through to final conclusion, whilst also assisting senior colleagues with complex claims.
To succeed in this role, you will have extensive working knowledge of handling Employers’ and Public Liability claims, gained from either a claimant or defendant background. You must also have experience of handling a pre-litigated caseload, and the ability to compile and maintain accurate information on all active claims, while complying with procedural protocols.
