The company is now keen to add 3 new Insurance Advisors to its office based in St Neots.
The firm specialises in providing Motor, Household, Caravan and Park Home insurance solutions to a diverse range personal lines customers, and generates a great deal of referral business as a result of its professional approach. Employing highly competent staff and with access to many mainstream and specialist markets (including exclusive Household scheme facilities), it is clear to see why this firm has been enjoying so much recent success.
You will be required to provide support to personal lines customers, ensuring the retention of renewal business and servicing existing accounts in line with company targets, procedures and regulatory requirements. This is predominantly a customer service role that requires a sales approach to dealing with customers. There will be an element of outbound calling from various lead databases, as required by the company.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience of dealing with personal lines insurance, ideally in a broking role, although those from an insurer are also invited to apply. You will be rewarded with a strong basic salary of £20K - £25k depending on experience, with fantastic bonus potential, meaning an OTE of circa £28-32k
Office hours are Monday to Thursday 10am-7pm, Fridays 8:30am-5:30am and 1 in 2 Saturdays on a rota 8:30am to 11:30am.
