We are delighted to be assisting a very well-respected and long-established Mortgage Brokerage based in Kent with the appointment of an experienced Residential Mortgage Broker.
This firm has a substantial office with circa 50 employees and the business caters for both commercial and residential mortgages. It has recently invested a great deal into its Residential division, and this is very much a growth area for the company.
Given this firm’s vast database of circa 20,000 clients, together with the large number of referrals it is constantly generating from its website on a daily basis, you will not be required to bring your own clients, or spend your time cold calling. Our client has realistic expectations in terms of targets and ‘getting up to speed’, and will support you in every way that it can to ensure your ongoing success.
You will enjoy working for a whole of market, independent firm that has access to a wide range of highly competitive mortgage and protection products, including exclusive deals that are simply not available on the high street.
This is predominantly an office-based role, dealing with clients over the telephone and via email. Compared to a lot of mortgage brokers, this company has a very quick and efficient process for progressing cases, which results in brokers being able to write a significant amount of business.
Our client will accept high calibre applicants from a range of backgrounds including estate agencies, banks, lenders or brokerages. You will enjoy working within an exciting and growing business, within a very friendly and supportive working environment.
You will be rewarded with a basic salary of £25K plus £6K car allowance, together with 10% bonus on everything that you write. However, it is envisaged that after a year (a degree of flexibility and fairness depending on pipeline and leads applies), you will move onto a commission only basis, but keeping your £6K car allowance and receiving 33% commission on all the business that you write. Given the amount of leads and enquires at this firm, you should stand to make a great deal of income!
