We are currently recruiting for a well-respected and rapidly growing independent insurance brokerage in Purfleet, which is now keen to appoint a Credit Controller within its Accounts team.
This firm has demonstrated impressive growth over the last year, which has resulted in a move to a larger office. As such, it now requires one more person to join its ambitious team to assist with this ongoing expansion.
This is a heavily credit control focused role, where you will be dealing with all premium finance matters such as generating a daily default report from each payment provider and dealing with them accordingly. You will also run the in-house diary system, investigating any diaries to check the status of premium finance, and taking necessary action depending on outcome. Duties will also include dealing with daily integration errors and referrals/requests that arise for finance houses with the client.
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 6 months’ credit control experience, ideally gained from within a broker, however those with no insurance experience are also encouraged to apply.
You will be rewarded with a salary ranging from between £16K - £20K, depending on skills and experience. Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm.
