This longstanding and highly profitable firm provides a wide range of services including Personal and Commercial Mortgages. The company is extremely well-connected and services the lending requirements of 35,000 IFAs throughout the UK. In addition, the firm is partnered with a wide range of introducers, including well known national home builders.
My client is seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker who can service the requirements of its client base, whilst proactively exploiting as many opportunities as possible.
After a period of time, it is the plan that the successful candidate would head up the Regulated Mortgage division, with a view to them ultimately taking a meaningful equity stake in the firm. Having said that, for those who are purely looking to advise, without having any leadership responsibilities, this can also be accommodated.
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you are CeMAP qualified (or equivalent), with a strong track record in whole of market mortgage lending. You must also be driven and passionate about writing complaint business and developing relationships. Previous management experience would certainly be desirable, although my client will consider natural leaders.
This position provides flexibility with some home-working, as well as full admin and compliance support.
Whist it would certainly be beneficial if you had your own existing client bank, this is not absolutely necessary due to the amount of relationships that this business has in place.
This is a self-employed position where you will benefit from attractive commission splits.
