A rapidly expanding mortgage brokerage based in North Somerset has exciting opportunities for experienced and driven Mortgage Brokers.
This firm, currently employing over 30 Advisers, is partnered with a wide range of high profile introducers and has impressive growth plans over the next 12 months and beyond, which presents great career prospects and huge earnings potential for the ambitious.
These are employed, telephone-based roles, where all leads are provided. There are various opportunities within the New Build, Direct to Consumer or Existing Client team, to suit a range of personalities and experience.
You will be servicing enquiries throughout the whole of the UK, tailoring Mortgage and Protection products to clients’ bespoke requirements. You will have access to a wide range of lenders and very competitive rates. As expected, you must be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with previous advising experience.
You will benefit from full compliance and administrative support, which will allow you more time to generate sales.
In addition to an attractive basic salary, you will benefit from a very lucrative bonus scheme. The top earner last year earned an extra £16K on top of their basic salary! Depending on which team you work within, there will be some weekend working (New Build Brokers have a requirement to work alternate weekends or a minimum of 4 weekend days a month, whereas the other departments generally have the requirement of working alternate or 1 in 4 Saturdays a month). All departments have a 5 day working week).
