This firm is extremely well-connected and has strong relationships with a wide range of mainstream and specialist lenders. The firm generates a vast number of enquiries from many sources and as such, there will be no need for you to cold call.
In addition, the company has strong relationships with a wide variety of mainstream and specialist lenders, which will result in you being involved in a wide variety of work. The firm also offers commercial finance, which can result in further lucrative income streams for you. Full training in this area will of course be provided.
You will benefit from a highly rewarding, tiered bonus scheme, which pays up to 50% over a certain level of billings. Because of this, you can expect substantial on target earnings. In addition, you will have access to admin and compliance support, which will allow you to spend more time advising.
It is essential that you are confident, with the ability to speak to clients at all levels, from first time buyers, through to multi-millionaires. Ideally, you will also have the confidence to attend property seminars on behalf of the business, although this is by no means mandatory. As expected, you must be CeMAP qualified, or equivalent, with a passion for providing a first-class level of service.

You will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £35K, plus bonus, benefits and free parking. You will also benefit from working traditional office hours.
