A prestigious, national mortgage brokerage based in Colchester seeks an experienced Sales Manager.
Due to its reputation for providing an outstanding service, together with its partnerships with the largest house builders in the UK, this business is really going from strength to strength.
This is predominantly an office-based role, where you will manage and lead an existing team of 8.
Duties will include, but not be limited to, monitoring the compliant advice of Mortgage Brokers, ensuring that sales processes are adhered to, setting and monitoring sales targets, and developing relationships with new and existing housebuilder clients. You will also identify training requirements and ensure the continued professional development of your staff.
To gain credibility with your team, it is essential that you are CeMAP qualified (or equivalent), and that you have previous advising experience. Just as importantly, you will have had previous managerial/ team leading experience, with a track record of overseeing a successful team. You must be target driven, enthusiastic and have a genuine passion for developing people. There will be occasional travel to see new build clients, therefore a full driving license will be needed.

You will be rewarded with a generous basic salary of up to £35K, together with very realistic On Target Earnings of £50K - £60K.
