A multi-award winning, top 10 UK insurance company seeks a high calibre Financial Planning Manager to assist with its ongoing transformation plans.

You will be responsible for the management and development of a team of circa 6 - 8 QCF Level 4 qualified Financial Advisers who provide advice to an extremely loyal customer base. You will promote financial planning within the local communities and agency network to establish the company as the No.1 provider for its target customer base. In addition, you will maximise sales performance from a restricted advice offering covering protection, pensions, investments & IHT from its own range and specialist third party providers, as well monitor, manage and report on sales performance in order to drive individual and team performance.
You will be QCF level 4 qualified with a minimum of 3 years’ financial services sales management experience covering protection, pensions and investments. You will also have a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets across a geographically diverse team. Crucially, you must be a very strong relationship manager who can quickly establish credibility and earn the trust and confidence of agency introducers. We are very much seeking an inspirational leader who is able to lead by example, motivate, develop and improve individual and team sales performance.
You will be rewarded with a generous basic salary of up to £65K and a lucrative bonus scheme with realistic on target earnings of £90K.
