You will manage an allocated broker panel and be responsible for handling new or existing business across a range of commercial risks, depending on your preference. You’ll be dealing with premium levels dependent on your experience and confidence, although you will be given the necessary training to deal with larger cases in due course. In addition, you will be accountable for developing broker relationships with new and existing firms, as well as cross-selling other lines of business.
It is essential that you have a dealt with Property, Liability and/ or Motor Trade insurance products. Most importantly, you must be driven and self-motivated, with a ‘Trader’s’ mentality and a genuine passion for maximising relationships.
