An expanding independent mortgage brokerage based in Leicester city centre has an exciting opening for a Mortgage Broker / Paraplanner.
The principal of this firm is now in the enviable situation whereby he has too much business to service. As such, he is looking for further assistance from a qualified Mortgage Broker.
You will assist with sourcing lenders for incoming enquiries, liaising with clients and lenders, where necessary, and recommending suitable protection products. As such, you must possess whole of market knowledge, with a solid understanding of the mortgage broking process. You will work closely with an internal admin team of 3, who will assist you with paperwork, as well as chasing outstanding documentation.
As expected, you must be well organised, with strong communication skills and the ability to work compliantly.
The principal of this firm says that this role would be perfect for someone who enjoys mortgage broking, who does not want to work long hours or be heavily involved in the sales side.
