Having enjoyed steady growth over the years, our client is looking to recruit additional Mortgage Brokers to join its team in line with its ambitious expansion plans.
Based within one of the top-performing estate agency branches in the country, you will have a constant supply of mortgage enquiries coming your way. You will take the time to understand your clients’ requirements, and advise upon the best mortgage and protection products to suit their needs.
As well as working in one of the top branches, you will also be required to service enquiries over the telephone from another branch in East Sussex, which generates low volume, high value mortgage enquires.
Being part of one of the largest networks in the UK, you will have access to the whole of market, allowing you to search and assess lenders to negotiate and secure the best deals. You will provide a tailored service and work alongside your clients to complete the necessary paperwork, ensuring a quality and ‘stress free’ service throughout the process.
As you will be offering professional Mortgage and Protection advice, it is essential that you are CeMAP qualified (or equivalent), and able to hit the ground running. You must also be well-organised, and able to work under your own initiative, whilst managing a busy workload.

The basic salary is tailored, and based on your previous billings (your basic salary increases as your billings improve), and there is an uncapped commission structure, so the sky is the limit in terms of how much you can earn! In addition, you will receive either a car allowance or desirable company car.
There will be a structured training plan in place and a supportive management team to help you perform the best you can, however you will be given a large amount of autonomy to ‘do what you do best.’
