A position has arisen within the company’s Private Office in London, where you will be dealing with high net worth and ultra high net worth clientele and arranging £2m+ mortgages. You will be writing business both in the UK, as well as internationally, where you will be working in close conjunction with the specialist International Team.
It is essential that you have previous experience of arranging HNW mortgages and that you understand the nuances of this niche and the offerings of the specialist lenders in this field. A lot of your work will be conducted on a face to face basis and therefore you must display impeccable interpersonal skills, with the natural ability to converse effectively with high net worth individuals.
This market-leading firm is seeking someone who is driven, ambitious and genuinely motivated to earn substantial income. The company has an impressive client base and is interacting with many high net worth clients on a daily basis. As such, you will be provided with a constant stream of enquiries to convert. With commission, average Adviser earnings are typically between £70K - £80K, however, the top earner is receiving in excess of £200K, which highlights the enormous potential within this business.
