This Mortgage Broker position has arisen as a result of an increased demand from our client’s estate agency partners in Leicester.
You will be working for a high-profile mortgage broking firm which has access to a vast amount of lenders and a robust infrastructure, which will result in you being able to write substantial amounts of business.
On average, this firm’s brokers are writing circa £20K a month within estate agencies in the local area, and the top producer is writing over £50K a month! As such, there is enormous earning potential.
You will enjoy working for a very caring business, which will give you the autonomy to do what you do best.
Our client does not encourage weekend work, as it very much believes in promoting a healthy work / life balance.
Because of the enormous earning potential, most of the Mortgage Brokers within this company like to be self-employed. However, my client will pay monthly retainers (on a temporary or indefinite basis). Alternatively, they will look at employed packages for the right candidate.
As expected, you must be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent), with the ability to forge and maintain strong working relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders. You must be motivated to write high levels of business and to fully take advantage of the opportunity that this brokerage has to offer. Driven candidates from either a whole of market or restricted environment will be considered.
