This particular role will involve working with a thriving estate agency in St Ives. This branch generates a huge amount of business and it is anticipated that you will be writing circa £30K per month in fees.
This brokerage is part of one of the leading mortgage networks and as a result, you will have access to a vast amount of lenders and a large amount of insurers on the protection side.
As expected, you must be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent), with a track record of writing good levels of business on a whole of market basis.
This company is not interested in micro-management and will give you the autonomy to do what you do best.
This is an employed role, where you will benefit from a generous basic salary (negotiable depending on your billing experience), together with a highly motivational bonus structure. The OTE for this position is in excess of £90K.
You will work every other Saturday and you will receive a day off in lieu during the week.
