An award-winning business in Milton Keynes is looking for a sales-orientated, Appointment Setter to join its growing team.
This exciting company is growing 30% year on year and as such, offers some great career development opportunities.
Initially, you will be calling existing customers with a view to securing them an appointment with one of your Mortgage Broker colleagues so that they can review their current deal.
This is not a ‘hardcore’ sales role as you will be calling existing clients. You will not be expected to make a huge amount of calls; realistically 30 quality ‘catch up’ calls a day.
As time goes on, you will be supported through your professional mortgage qualifications, with the ultimate aim of becoming a qualified Mortgage broker. Mortgage Brokers can easily earn over £75,000 per annum in this business, and therefore this is a very exciting opportunity!
You will enjoy working in a very friendly and supportive environment for managers who will be extremely committed to your career development from day one.
Previous mortgage experience is not essential. Most importantly, you must have excellent communication skills and enjoy speaking to customers over the telephone. You must also be well-organised, with good administration skills.
You will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £18K, together with a range of company benefits.
The working hours are 9am – 5.30pm (Mon and Fri) and Tues, Wed, Thurs (11am – 8pm).
