You will be working within one of its thriving offices, servicing the Mortgage and Protection requirements of an impressive client base. Given its location, you will benefit from some sizeable mortgage cases, as the local area has a lot of larger, 3 – 4 bed detached properties.
The Financial Services Manager is currently looking after the mortgage broking needs of this branch, but is now looking for someone to replace him so that he can focus on strategy and business planning. Only focusing on broking for 50% of his time, he is currently writing over £10K per month, and as such, this branch has enormous earning potential for a driven, full-time Mortgage Broker.
Our client promotes a mature, sensible working environment, and you will not be subjected to some of the heavy micro-management that exists within some of the larger corporates. You will be given flexibility with working hours and the autonomy to do what you do best. You will also benefit from admin and compliance support, which will give you more time to write business and build relationships.
You must be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent), with an excellent track record of writing good levels of compliant Mortgage and Protection business. Just as importantly, you will be highly personable, driven and a first-class relationship builder.
