Our client is one of the highest performing members of a well-known network and as such, has access to an impressive range of lenders and exclusive deals across mortgages and protection.
The business also owns a number of thriving estate agencies throughout the region and as such, there are a wealth of leads to exploit, and superb earning potential.
The company offers great flexibility in terms of remuneration models and working hours. For example, it can offer attractive employed positions based within its head office in Grantham, or within one of its estate agency branches, which will encompass ‘traditional’ working hours. Alternatively, it can cater for self-employed, home-based Advisers, who are looking for more flexibility.
As the firm is very well-connected, there is no need for you to bring your own clients, however, if you do, you will of course be handsomely rewarded.
You will benefit from admin support and slick technology, which will allow you to spend more time advising.
Even on an employed package, there is no pressure for you to work weekends, although you are welcome to work Saturday mornings, perhaps with time off in lieu during the week.
As you will be offering professional Mortgage and Protection advice, it is essential that you are CeMAP qualified (or equivalent), and able to hit the ground running. As our client is inundated with enquiries, it is important that you’re organised, and able to work under your own initiative, whilst managing your own busy workload.
