This well-established company has to be one of the most exciting mortgage broking firms in the country right now. It is a real innovator within the industry and is embracing sophisticated technology and AI (Artificial Intelligence) to improve the customer journey and make the advice process more efficient. Because of this unique technology, the company has enormous growth plans over the next 5 years, and we think that this firm is certainly going to be 'one to watch.'

You will be providing administrative support to mortgage brokers, which will entail duties such as chasing outstanding documents and information, uploading documents to lenders' portals, liaising with Solicitors, keeping clients updated throughout the process, and maintaining up to date records.

You must have at least 12 months' experience in a mortgage administration role, whether this is from a whole of market or restricted environment. Just as importantly, you must have good attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate work within strict timescales. Given that you will be liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, you must have an excellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills. It is essential that you can multi-task in a fast-paced environment and that you are comfortable learning new IT applications.

As this is very much a growing business, long-term opportunities may exist to move into an advice role, should this be an avenue that you wish to pursue.

Alternatively, Team Leaders will be required in the not too distant future, which presents great opportunities for ambitious candidates who would like to get into management.

This firm believes that happy staff make productive workers and you will enjoy a great deal of benefits including, but not limited to, flexible working hours, scope for some home-working, pension, income protection, breakfast club, table tennis, dress down and much more!
