Previous experience of recruiting within the Financial Services industry would be highly advantageous. However, we welcome applications from either experienced Consultants operating in different industries, or sales professionals that have B2B experience within Financial Services. In both cases, Aston Charles will offer extensive training on either recruitment, or the Financial Services industry.
It is essential that you are a goal-orientated, driven and committed individual, with a natural flair for relationship management, and a genuine desire to be the best that you can be. Just as importantly, you will have a thirst for knowledge and an ethical approach to sales/ recruitment.
