This business has an excellent reputation through the Thames Valley area and across the M4 corridor. It takes great pride in having market-leading estate agency branches within its chosen towns and as a result, is able to offer Mortgage Brokers a very attractive environment to work in.
Working closely with sales negotiators, you will offer first-class mortgage and protection advice to a diverse client base. You will have access to a vast amount of lenders and you will benefit from admin and compliance support which will allow you to ‘do what you do best.’
Due to the superb lead source within this company, earning potential is high, and there are a number of Advisers earning over £100K.
Whilst there are many leads constantly being generated, and the negotiators are motivated to secure you appointments, you must display a proactive approach to developing business and securing repeat customers.
Whilst whole of market / independent broking experience would of course be beneficial, my client will consider ambitious and proactive Advisers from a restricted environment such as a bank or building society.
We all know that the role of a Mortgage Broker can sometimes involve long hours and late night appointments, so you’ll be pleased to hear that the branch closes at 6.30pm (Mon – Thursday) and 6pm on a Friday.
My client favours an employed package, although they will consider self-employed Advisers who are committed to full-time hours. Either way, you will benefit from an attractive commission scheme, which on an employed basis, pays up to 50% commission after a certain level of billings. In addition to a generous basic salary, there is also the option to take a company car.
As expected, you must be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent), with a strong work ethic and well-honed interpersonal skills.
