You will be working alongside a highly experienced Director who, after having been very successful for over 10 years in an employed position, set up this new company just over a year ago. As such, there could not be a better time to join the firm.
The Director already has far too many leads to deal with, and a range of lucrative introducers including a number of thriving estate agencies. As such, you will have access to lots of enquiries and you will not be expected to bring any of your own clients with you.
My client is very willing to speak to Mortgage Advisers who come from restricted environments such as banks or building societies, who want to make the transition into the independent mortgage broking world. With a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for training, there is nobody better to learn from than this company Director. Having said that, if you are a broker with previous whole of market experience, your application will most certainly be welcome.
My client seeks someone who is proactive, and who can demonstrate a commitment to networking in the local business community, such as at BNI groups, where your membership will of course be paid for. Just as importantly, you must be CeMAP qualified, with working knowledge of the end to end mortgage process.
