Working for this directly authorised business, and with access to a large panel of lenders, you will handle mortgage and protection business for a wide range of clientele. In order for you to focus on what you do best, you will receive full compliance and administrative support.
It is essential that you are fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) and that you have previous experience of successfully writing compliant mortgage and protection business. Although you will have access to lots of leads, you must display high levels of drive and a proactive approach to developing business and building relationships.
You will benefit from a competitive basic salary, plus company car or car allowance. In addition, there is a highly attractive bonus scheme, with realistic on target earnings of £60K - £100K per annum. In addition, you will receive a generous holiday entitlement, private health care, as well as holiday commission to stabilise your income while you are off work.
For the right candidate, our client is prepared to pay guaranteed bonus for up to 6 months, in order to facilitate a smooth transition into this role.
The company is willing to consider either experienced independent brokers, or high calibre Mortgage Advisers from tied/ restricted environments such as banks or building societies.
You will work 5 days a week, including some Saturdays, in which case you will receive a day off in lieu during the week.
