Following this firm’s success with providing a mortgage advice service to a large estate agency chain on a regional level in Leicestershire, it is now expanding its services nationally.
In this telephone-based role, you will be responsible for handling the mortgage and protection requirements for estate agency customers UK-wide. Working for this whole of market business, you will assess clients’ requirements and select appropriate lenders and insurers to suit their bespoke needs.
Given the amount of estate agencies you will have access to, and the success that these branches are enjoying, you will benefit from a wealth of leads, which will result in high earning potential.
It is essential that you are CeMAP qualified (or equivalent), and that you can operate effectively over the telephone. You must display strong communication, rapport building and influencing skills, together with the ability to multi-task.
Whilst whole of market experience would be preferable, our client has training that it cites as being ‘second to none’, and therefore it can accommodate high calibre Advisers from tied environments such as banks or building societies.
