A prestigious mortgage broking business seeks an experienced Mortgage Adviser as a result of ongoing growth and increased levels of business.
This well-regarded, boutique firm, works in close partnership with a multi-site estate agency in Surrey and Hampshire.
Current Advisers are now in the position whereby they are inundated with remortgage opportunities and enquiries. As an example, next month, 3 Advisers within the business will have over 350 remortgage opportunities, which has resulted in the need for additional support.
Working closely with the Director and Advisers, you will efficiently handle existing clients’ remortgages, in addition to any overflow purchase business.
This company takes great pride in its first-class service and is looking for someone with impeccable relationship building skills and a mature approach to doing business. You will be dealing with fairly affluent ‘middle-market’ clients in the Hampshire and Surrey area, and therefore you must have the ability to converse effectively at this level.
You must also have previous experience of advising upon mortgage and protection business and hold the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
This is a self-employed role where you can either work from an estate agency branch, or at a company’s Head Office in Fleet where you may have slightly more flexibility with working hours.
