Based out of its office in Yorkshire, our client, who is fully independent, employs over 20 Advisers nationwide. Given the success of its business model, it has big expansion plans, hoping to take on the best and brightest - and the most successful - Advisors in the current market. Designing its own IT systems, our client has sought to streamline the mortgage data entry procedure and has, as an example, produced software that takes the inputting of applications for first time buyers from being a matter of hours to that of minutes – and not many of them!
You will have the option to work from home or - if you’re based in the local area - the office, enjoying the company of the rest of the team who are in the Principal’s words “a very happy, friendly bunch!” You will choose your own hours and manage your own schedule; you will be your own boss.
Being your own boss, you will of course enjoy some of the highest commission splits available, being able to take home 100% of the broker fee, 87.5% of the procuration fee and up to 87.5% of the protection commission, dependent on previous success in that area. You could potentially take home almost 90% of your earnings!
