A growing and entrepreneurial insurance broker in Leeds, with big plans for 2018, is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to join its expanding team.
My client is a market-leader in its chosen fields. It looks to continue to expand its market share through a dynamic sales force by driving new business, supported by an outstanding client service to retain existing customers.
You will join a team of salespeople dealing with an array of Motor Trade policies. The type of clients you will be dealing with include Service, Repair and MOT garages, Vehicle Body Builders, Commercial Vehicle Repairers etc. In this position, you will be required to contact ‘warm leads’ from a database consisting of previously quoted business and lapsed renewals, as well as converting live renewals. Once interest is established, you will use both open and preferred markets to create a suitable and competitive package for the prospective client. With this firm being well placed with insurers, you will have access to very attractive terms, giving you an excellent opportunity to convert your quotes into live policies.
It is essential that you have proven experience of consistently exceeding targets in a new business generation role. It is also desired that you have a background in Motor Trade, although our client will still consider Private Motor experience.
