A terrific opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join a well-established business in Stevenage.
This company has an excellent reputation in the local market and generates a great deal of enquiries from a range of local introducers, word of mouth, referrals and internet leads.
The business took on a self-employed Adviser 12 months ago, who is consistently taking home £4K per month, predominantly from leads passed on from the company. The firm is now looking to take on a further Adviser to replicate this success.
You will enjoy working within a very friendly and supportive team where there is a mature and sensible approach to doing business. You will not be micro-managed and you will have flexibility with working hours.
Weekend working is not expected, although if there is the opportunity to make money one weekend, you may well wish to make this happen.
You will be expected to bring some of your own clients, although this doesn’t have to be a large number, given the amount of leads available.
A major selling point of this opportunity is that one of the Directors is approaching retirement and therefore for the right person, there could be a potential succession planning opportunity.
Our client will offer support with cashflow within the first 6/ 12 months until you are regularly generating commissions.
