This highly entrepreneurial firm has an excellent reputation for professionalism and boasts a strong client base UK wide. The business prides itself on its ability to make quick decisions and whilst it is committed to providing the highest level of client service, you will find a lot less ‘red tape’ in this firm than in many other brokerages.
This firm is expanding, and going through a period of change in relation to its compliance activities. As such, you must have a good understanding of current FCA rules and regulations. Just as importantly, you will possess a ‘can do’, positive attitude; constantly seeking ways to realise innovative and compliant business ideas. It is also essential that you have previous compliance experience from a general insurance background.
You will enjoy working for a very friendly company that is managed by an extremely supportive Board of Directors.
It is envisaged that you will work 2 days a week (although your choice of days will be entirely flexible).
